Last weekend saw us head to Paris to attend Capsule (round-up post to come) but also to pay a worthwhile visit to the Our Legacy showroom, showcasing their SS13 collection, at the back of the Ofr bookshop in the Marais area of Paris. This quaint bookshop not only stocks an exciting array of art and photography publications, but also hosts regular art exhibitions and special events, such as one-day clothing presentations- which Our Legacy have been using for the past couple of years or so.
The collection certainly did not disappoint with an array of new prints, tie dyes and fabrics being introduced for SS13, as well as a footwear line which included slip ons, fresh white trainers, as well as our favourite: a black running shoe. All in all, the collection was a colourful and fabrically technical demonstration of why Our Legacy is highly thought of. The addition of the complimenting casual footwear was a very welcome sight and one that we will no doubt be seeing more of in the future. We cannot wait to get our hands on the collection again, when it hits the stores next summer.
