The Ashdown Workshop Co. is a British leather goods company which was officially launched in May 2012. Located in Sussex, England, the Father and Son outfit focus on creating quality handmade, and handcrafted leather goods and accessories. The business was set up through the desire to produce high quality leather goods in the UK; a market very much dominated by US brands. The family-run company uses premium veg-tanned leather sourced in the UK- something that not only looks and feels great, but will stand the rest of time and only get better with age and wear. When taking a closer look at the products on offer, it becomes clearly apparent that the goods are handcrafted with care- and furthermore are hand-cut and hand-stitched with original antique leather tooling and methods.
Their current and ever-growing collection is made up of a selected range of items that include wallets, iPad cases, belts, small accessories, and more recently, iPhone cases. Below is a selection of our favourite items as well as a few shots of their factory. We can see good things for Ashdown Workshop in the future and look forward to seeing more of their products.
